What if I don't want to send my information over the internet, can I still order?

Sure. You have the option of printing out your order form and faxing it to us at +1.914.372.1502 or calling us at +1.800.603.7508.

What payment options do I have?

You can pay by credit card using Visa, Master Card or American Express. You can also use a Gift Certificate if you have received one. Gift certificates may only be used for online purchases but not in retail stores carrying Green Babies.

I was given a gift certificate; how do I use it?

You should specify Gift Certificate as a payment option and enter the Gift Certificate number in the special instructions box. If your purchase amount is less than the certificate value then you will be issued a credit for the difference to be used at a different date. If your purchase amount is greater than the value of the certificate please proceed as if making a credit card purchase and in the special instructions box mention that you would like to use a gift certificate with the amount and certificate number. Your credit card will be charged for the difference.
